Whilst traditionally third party developer responsibility is simply for the deliver of the building, we believe that as the long term owner of our properties we have a major part to play in facilitating the bigger picture.
Our preparation for occupancy begins at the initial planning stage, as an inherent part of developing a strong working relationship with you, involving our property team and drawing on their operational expertise to explore with you how you will actually use the building. This allows considered solutions to be incorporated into the brief and "designed in" rather than "worked out" around what has been built, as sadly is so often the case.
Our property team will be actively involved with you in the handover familiarisation and training to ensure your team are as familiar with the completed building as we are.
