This helps not only staff retention and recruitment but also the happiness of staff which goes a long way in the overall delivery of a positive patient experience. Creating an environment where staff naturally interact and bond improves teamwork and in turn efficiency, so we focus on staff rooms and indeed look to create private staff outdoor spaces.
Community liason is encouraged as much as possible to ensure the development meets the requirements of local residents.
