This project involved two separate practices coming together under one roof to create a primary care centre housing fifteen doctors. Primary Asset was set a near impossible task by Walsall PCT – to find a suitable site in an extremely built up residential area.
Appropriate locations were few and far between. However, even with short notice Primary Asset was able to react quickly when the right opportunity came along, to buy this site at auction.
The new premises provide full clinical facilities for the doctors and the medical staff and also provide accommodation for 20 social services personnel.
